Tap the + button on the home screen. You can enter a name manually or add from your contacts.

How do I log a conversation?

Open a person's profile and tap "Add Moment." Write what you talked about, what you noticed, or what came up.

Can I set reminders to follow up?

Yes. On any person's profile, tap "Set a Reminder" to schedule a follow-up at the right time.

Where is my data stored?

Everything is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

What happens if I delete the app?

All your data is removed with the app. There is no cloud backup.
